1. Who we are
WP Manager by DeluluTech is a WordPress management service operated under the DeluluTech brand from Goa, India. For privacy questions or requests, email connect@delulutech.in. A registered legal-entity name and full postal address have not been supplied for this publication and should be added following operator verification.
2. What information is involved
When you use WP Manager, the service may process the username and authentication/session information you provide, WordPress site URLs and account identifiers, client authorization and grant information, consent and revocation audit events, and the WordPress data you explicitly request through supported tools. The technical platform uses encrypted credential records for authorized connections. Do not submit your main WordPress password.
3. Why information is used
We use this information to authenticate your workspace, verify WordPress administrator approval, distinguish permissions between AI clients, provide requested site operations, protect the service, investigate misuse and maintain records necessary for security and service delivery.
4. Service providers and connected AI agents
WP Manager uses Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure, including Workers and service storage. Data requested through an AI client may also be processed by the client you choose (such as ChatGPT or another MCP-compatible agent) under that provider’s separate terms and privacy notice. WordPress sites themselves are separate systems controlled by their administrators. We do not treat approval for one AI client as approval for every client.
5. Cookies and credentials
The secure account service uses session cookies necessary for authentication, including HttpOnly browser sessions. OAuth permissions and application credentials are distinct from your primary WordPress password. This public marketing site does not use an advertising tracker or require a marketing-account cookie. 6. Storage, retention and deletion
Account, connection, token and audit records may be retained while needed for operating the service, detecting abuse, managing legitimate support requests or complying with applicable obligations. Specific per-record retention periods and backup-erasure schedules are undergoing operational review; no fixed deletion deadline is represented here. To request account deletion, access or correction, email connect@delulutech.in with “WP Manager privacy request”. We will verify that you control the relevant account before responding. Disconnecting an AI client does not automatically revoke a WordPress Application Password; your WordPress administrator can revoke it independently.
7. Security and transfers
We use scoped authorization controls and technical protections intended to safeguard account and connection data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Cloudflare and any connected AI provider may process data in locations outside India, subject to their own infrastructure and terms.
8. Your choices and requests
You can choose which sites and AI clients to authorize, disconnect an app-specific grant, and contact us about data access, correction or erasure. Applicable statutory rights depend on the law and provisions in force at the time of your request.
