1. Service and operator
These terms apply to WP Manager, operated under the DeluluTech brand from Goa, India. Contact connect@delulutech.in for operator identity, support or contractual queries. The precise registered contracting entity should be verified before a commercial launch.
2. Eligibility and authority
You may connect only websites you own or are authorized to administer. You remain responsible for the WordPress website, its administrators, its content and the actions you authorize.
3. Beta capabilities
WP Manager is provided as a public read-only beta. Features may evolve, be interrupted or be withdrawn during testing. Production-wide publishing, plugin modification, theme changes and other writes are not generally enabled by the beta; any future write feature must have independently approved scopes, administrator consent and action safeguards.
4. AI clients and permissions
Each compatible agent or OAuth client must obtain its own authorization. Connecting WP Manager to a third-party AI product also subjects your use of that product to its own terms. Approval for one client does not give blanket permission to another client.
5. Your responsibilities
Do not access websites without permission; circumvent login, tenant or consent controls; transmit harmful code; interfere with service availability; or disclose another person’s private credentials. Keep your WP Manager PIN and WordPress credentials safe.
6. Availability and changes
The beta is offered for evaluation without a specific uptime or feature guarantee. We may make reasonable security changes or suspend abusive use. We will not intentionally broaden an existing grant without required consent.
7. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes information handling and requests. Disconnecting an app-specific grant and revoking the underlying WordPress Application Password are separate actions.
8. Responsibility and disputes
Use the service responsibly and verify AI-generated advice before acting on a website. Nothing here excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law and dispute-handling details should be finalized against the verified operator entity before a paid or general commercial release.
